            Why is Having Breakfast Important?

Every morning after getting ready, there are 2 types of people, there are people who eat breakfast, there are people who don't. They who skips their breakfast usually the reason is there isn't enough time to prepare, bought or eat their breakfast. Even though they don't know how important breakfast is.

According to web.md, a health site, breakfast kickstart metabolism and helping you burn calories throughout the day. The function of metabolism is to produce energy. Energy is very important to go through the day. Another advantage if you eat breakfast is better memory and concentration because brain needs some intake to work.

If you skip breakfast, when lunch you take more sugar and carbohydrates. It is of course affect your eating habits and you get used to having more sugar and carbohydrates which is not good if you overeat them. Breakfast hold your apetite so you eat less than people who skips breakfast.

People who eat breakfast have healthier lifestyle. But it depends on what you rat for breakfast. If you take chocolate, sweets, or some kind of that, it doesn't take that much effect. Good breakfast consist of carbohydrates, protein, healthy fats, and fiber. Each enzyme are beneficial for our body. Try some fruit, wheat-braid, whole grain cereal for easy options.

In conclusion, breakfast is important to start a day.
