            Why is Having Breakfast Important? Every morning after getting ready, there are 2 types of people, there are people who eat breakfast, there are people who don't. They who skips their breakfast usually the reason is there isn't enough time to prepare, bought or eat their breakfast. Even though they don't know how important breakfast is. According to web.md, a health site, breakfast kickstart metabolism and helping you burn calories throughout the day. The function of metabolism is to produce energy. Energy is very important to go through the day. Another advantage if you eat breakfast is better memory and concentration because brain needs some intake to work.                                                             ADVISING A FOOL On a mango tree in a jungle, there lived many birds. They were happy in their small nests. Before the onset of the rainy season, all the animal of the jungle repaired their homes. The birds also made their homes more secure. Many birds brought twigs and leaves and others wove their nests. “We should also store some food for our children," chirped one of the birds.
